MOR Vacations: Helps You Succeed!
The most briskly moving companies today belong to the Internet Marketing world. Internet Marketing had developed to such a point as being able to reach markets previously untapped by real-world companies, as well as reaching new markets that only the Internet can reach.
Travel Networking is one bustling niche that would truly give you the results you need. Travel is an industry that is thriving on a very brisk level, simply because people still want to get away. MOR Vacations, though it has only started recently, is one travel network to beat. For a company that has risen from anonymity to become the most controversial, as well as most sought-after Internet Marketing vehicle this side of the Internet in two months, this is no mean feat.
MOR Vacations got to this point not only because of its main aim for excellence and to be the undisputed forerunner in the travel networking niche, but also because of its paradigm to give back the commissions and the glory to its members.
MOR Vacations is made up of hundreds of teams that comprise its system, each trying to outdo one another in the building of its affiliate trees. Yet one team is set apart from the others: Team Cutting Edge.
Team Cutting Edge’s motto is “Our ONLY Goal is that YOU SUCCEED!” Indeed, we are all for your success, and we are willing to go the distance to get you there. Join our MOR Vacations team today!
Holiday Home Search Engine: Perfect Getaways Opts For New System
According to a press release, on October 2nd 2008 a new holiday home search engine was launched on the internet. Using a system that imitates a search engine such as Google or Yahoo, the idea is to begin to type a destination of interest into the search box and just like the mentioned search engines above, a list of results is displayed with the aim of not only matching your destination but also giving you other similar options and choices.
The number of countries listed is increasing all the time with more than 25 already listed. Specifically search for a country or narrow your search down to a local area or region and once again a list of results is displayed for you to choose from.
It seems to be a pretty versatile system after playing around with it for a while.Keying in “North” yielded some of the following results, North Wales, North Carolina, Northern Cyprus and Northampton.
Simplify your search to Spain for example and a mouse click later finds you presented with a list of properties (holiday villas and holiday homes) in that specific country. It appears the properties are listed randomly which means any of the properties could appear at the top of search list.
Facilities, amenities, prices and photographs of the location are all accessible once a particular property has been highlighted.
Holiday home owners and holiday makers are brought together in this classic transaction website that advertises private holiday homes direct from the owner.
Now with thousands of properties listed, the site began life in 2007.
Having spent a little time looking around the site and playing with the search engine like system, it really does seem to be user friendly. Many of us are still not internet experts, so the easier the navigation the more friendly the site becomes. Holiday home owners are contactable directly via email or phone and arrangements can be made very quickly.
Some of the features of the site include:
Thousands of holiday homes listed
Keyword search (holiday home search engine)
25 countries listed (more being added regularly)
Advertise or rent
Advertising rates appear very competitive
All in all this looks like a very promising venture for both holiday maker and holiday home owner alike.

Kenya Safari - On Tour to the Unblemished Laikipia Wilderness
For those people that want to go on an adventure safari to Kenya, Northern Kenya which has the Laikipia Ecosystem holds 2,000,000 acres of untainted wilderness. The wildreness has an incredible mix of wildlife which can be seen by road, camel, four by fours or horses.
Different communities live around the Laikipia area which include the Maasai, Meru and Kikuyu. These communities are also neighbours with the Samburu and Turkana. All these communities have come up together and made a deal with the settlers and ranchers resulting in the creation of a beautiful conservation haven
This great Laikipia Plateau starts from Mount Kenya region in the East and stretches all the way to the Great Rift Valley. The plateau host many different wild animals like the Grevy zebra and the reticulated giraffe.
The human population lives in harmony with the big game. The animals have free access to the vast grasslands and the visitors to this area have total liberty which frees them from the restricting game park rules and regulations. Most of this area is privately or community owned. The advantage of this is that it allows guests to see game at nights or even riding horses at night in the bush.
For those that wish to visit the Laikipia plains, I would recommend that you visit some of these awesome retreats.
The Mukutan Retreat Haven
The Mukutan Retreat is a unique place that overlooks the awesome Mukutan Gorge on the edge of the Great Rift Valley. The retreat is found on the western side of the 100,000 acre Laikipia Nature Conservancy. It is also home to a conservationist by the name of Kuki Gallmann. In the local language, Mukutan means “meeting” and this is the place where the fingers of the adjacent hills meet.
Mukutan Retreat is an exclusive hideaway for discriminate travelers, providing simple yet extremely sophisticated comfort. Built in elegant African style, using local stone, native woods and papyrus thatch, each cottage is original in layout and d?cor.
Prices at this place go for about USD 2790 per person sharing a double room for the whole year. This price is inclusive of the return flights from Nairobi and all the interconnecting flights to the retreat, all park fees and obviously the accommodation.
The Sabuk Lodge
Sabuk Lodge is perched high on the banks of the Ewaso Nyiro river, in the Northern Frontier District, overlooking the Laikipia Plateau and Samburu land. This stunning wilderness destination is home to professional safari guide Verity Williams and her family. The Lodge has five open sided cottages, each one unique in design and d?cor, en-suite bathrooms, with private verandahs facing out over the river gorge 150 feet below. It is a fabulous family holiday destination.
Guests at this lodge will find plenty of activities to engage in. Some of these activities include camel assisted walks, game drives and guided nature walks. Guests also get to enjoy and learn traditional bush craft skills
I believe Sabuk lodge is one of the finest lodges in Kenya. You will enjoy a picturesque view found in a luxurious setting in the wild.
Loisaba Lodge
The Loisaba lodge can best be described as untamed bush but also as a working cattle farm; Important wildlife research is conducted here and work closely with the community that has lived on this land for many generations.
Loisaba lodge has been constructed from local wood, stone and thatch. Its rooms have large French windows that open up onto a private deck cantilevered off the escarpment. The views are remarkable because one is able to see a watering hole a few hundred feet away that draws in many wild animals.
Every piece of furniture in Loisaba is handmade. The facilities found here include a swimming pool, tennis court croquet lawn and bocce court. The lodge also offer massage services in its spa and beauty treatment. Also get to enjoy a romantic open air bubble bath with a calm view of the unspoilt Karissia Hills.

Good Hotels At Cheap Prices
What constitutes a good hotel, and just how low does a price need to be before it’s deemed a \”cheap\” rate? Almost anywhere you travel, these days, you’ll be able to find accommodation. Finding an affordable place to stay that meets your minimum requirements can make it a little more daunting. There are some tips that can help you out.
One has to have a reason for going to the hotel before he/she goes. If the person is going on a honeymoon with his/her lover, the hotel would probably be elegant and filled with luxuries. If the person just wants a place for bed and breakfast, he/she would choose one with maids to wait on the person. One who is a businessman will want a hotel that has an area where he can work on business matters. A commuter that travels in season and someone with little money would like a basic place only for sleeping in. Without an explanation on why the person is going to the hotel, one will never find a cheap one for his/her needs.
You must also decide what a good hotel would mean to you. It may be a place with a clean restroom and bedding that includes nice and helpful hotel workers. You may not want a view of outside, a mini-bar heaped with food, and a television with adult channels. You may want to get these things elsewhere. You may also be very satisfied with somewhere to sleep and that is it.
Even though the hotel must make cash other than what it makes from room charges, four dollars for soda, six dollars for candy, and twelve dollars to watch a movie on the television is ridiculous. It is not recommended to buy these items, even if the person has a lot of money. It is quite better for the person to go to the store and pick these items up in advance rather than waiting until he/she is at the hotel.
In my experience, the cheaper motels are usually located away from the popular areas. Unless you’re looking at bed and breakfast inns, where the need to be off the beaten track is greater, they’ll mostly be located near major traffic area, airports, or industrial areas. That doesn’t mean you can’t get a good room. I never check into a room unseen. I always ask two questions, and I ask them in a very specific order. \”Do you have any rooms available?\” and \”May I see a room?\” I used to just ask the second question. I got burned a few times, however, when I was told there were no rooms available. One of those times was at a hotel with a 200 car lot with all of six vehicles present. I learned my lesson and have been rewarded ever since. Mostly, you’ll be given keys to the cleanest, quietest room that’s available. Go check it out, and if you like it, hold onto the keys while you register. After all, you’re staying there based on the room you’ve just seen.
If a person is able to stay at a variety of hotels, he/she will understand what the hotel room may be worth and when to pay more for it. It is quite possible to be satisfied with a lot of fifty dollar per night rooms in budget motels. If the place is quite near another area the person must be or he/she can receive breakfast there, seventy-five dollars a night is alright, though the hotel has to be more than the simple \”good\”.
We all have different levels of expectation when it comes to service. I’ve seen people treat hotel staff as if they should feel privileged to be in their presence. That doesn’t sit well with me. I don’t believe in class systems or that anybody is better than the person next to them. When I go to a hotel, I expect to get the same respect I give to anybody else I meet. Polite, courteous behaviour costs nothing to give but feels like a million dollars to receive it yourself. I like where I stay to have staff who smile and say hello when they see you. That’s all. That’s the first step in elevating a hotel from being a place you don’t want to go to again, and a place you’d prefer to stay when you have to be away from your home.
Different people can have a variety of reasons on why they stay in a hotel or bed and breakfast inn. The person should find a pretty good hotel that is not that expensive if he/she looks for one just to sleep in. People often share experiences with one another, for this is how they learn about good hotels.
